Abstract

Industrial security is a major concern for manufacturers, given the losses that can result from the presence or underestimation of hazards to which industrial installations are exposed. Taking this into account during the design phase remains a solution for overcoming or avoiding the hazards and attacks that threaten these installations. The SECUTRIZ tool presents an alternative assistance to the innovative design of industrial production systems. On the one hand, this tool allows the TRIZ method to be used, adopting these innovative solutions to propose solutions adapted to a design that takes industrial safety into account. On the other hand, it improves the proposed solutions while minimizing the operating time of the TRIZ contradiction  matrix. A case study of a wind turbine is presented at the end of the article with a total of “N” parameters that will illustrate the value of the proposed model.
