The BANI paradigm - characterized by brittleness, anxiety, nonlinearity, and incomprehensibility - forces a comprehensive re-evaluation of organizational management strategies, including those related to infrastructure. Infrastructure represents a fundamental asset for all organizations, and its role is especially pronounced within entities focused on production or research. In contemporary practice, effective infrastructure management has emerged as a key criterion for ensuring organizational continuity in the execution of essential processes. This paper presents the outcomes of an analysis conducted to determine the extent to which a research organization’s infrastructure management strategy is prepared to adapt to the realities of the BANI environment. Drawing upon a review of scientific literature, the authors propose an original validation tool for assessing organizational resilience in the context of infrastructure management strategies confronted by the challenges inherent to the BANI world. The strategic documents of a selected research organization served as the empirical foundation for this analysis. The study concludes with a set of recommendations aimed at further enhancing strategic practices in the field under consideration.
