About the Journal
Linguistica Silesiana is an international journal of linguistic studies. It will carry articles in English, French, German and occasionally in other languages. Two issues per year are published. We welcome articles on the full range of linguistic and philological subfields, including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, stylistics, metrics, language contact, and change.
Aim and Scope
The aim of Linguistica Silesiana is to publish high-quality academic articles in linguistics and philology. The journal has an international profile — it accepts submissions in English, French, German, and occasionally other languages. Two issues are published each year. Its thematic scope covers the full range of linguistic and philological subfields: phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, stylistics, metrics, language contact, language change, and related topics.
