The purpose of the journal is to present theological and theology-related reflection, taking into account both ecumenical and international perspectives. The editors ensure that each issue contains about 30% of articles in English or other congress languages (German, Italian or French), written by authors with a foreign affiliation. Given that the Committee for Theological Studies is a representation of university theological circles in Poland, "Studies in Theological Studies" provides a nationwide platform for the exchange of ideas and mutual inspiration in the field of theological research. The scope of the journal includes theology (including biblical sciences), Catholic social science, canon law, Church history, as well as other fields of knowledge, such as philosophy, religiology, etc., as long as the content presented is relevant to theological reflection. Each issue contains scholarly articles on the LEADING TOPIC, which is announced on the journal's website a year in advance, as well as articles on other theological issues (VARIA). Each issue may also publish reports on important events related to theology (REVIEWS) and reviews of recent theological publications (REVIEWS).
