Starting with the 1960s, the rise of the Portuguese experimental poetry added a new poetic and artistic fervor not only in the Portuguese society, but also in the Italian one of the same period. This fervor created direct or indirect influences among Portuguese, Italian, European and not European poets and artists. This research work aims to explore the Italian presence of the Portuguese poet and artist Ana Hatherly, co-founder of the Portuguese group Poesia Experimental, through the Fond Bentivoglio in the Archive of MART in Rovereto.
