Die dunganische Zeitung „Xuėjmin bo“ (Хуэймин бо)

The article deals with the Dungan newspaper ‘Xuėjmin bo’, which has been published under various titles and in various scripts (Cyrillic, Latin) since 1932, focussing in particular on its history and the literary-historical and cultural-historical significance of the newspaper. The author emphasises the possibilities that arise from the analysis, for example of the lexis, of the various editions from almost a century.
