Peer review process

Review procedure in the journal "Rozprawy z Dziejów Oświaty":

• submitting a manuscript constitutes consent to its review;
• only articles edited in accordance with the "Instructions for Authors" are submitted for review;
• the Editors request a review from at least two experts in the field covered by the article. Reviewers are asked to submit their reviews within four weeks using the review form provided by the Editors;
• the journal uses a double-blind review system whenever possible;
• if anonymity cannot be ensured for the review, reviewers are required to sign a declaration of no conflict of interest;
• after receiving the review, the editorial office presents it to the author of the article, asking him to respond to the comments made by the reviewers and take into account those of them that he considers justified;
• the names of the reviewers who assessed articles published, rejected and withdrawn in a given year are published on the editorial page of the yearbook.
