Abstract

This article examines strategies for effective foreign language learning. Learners frequently experience difficulties with attention and concentration, largely as a result of overstimulation. The text explores neurobiological factors affecting memory and learning, with reference to the CEFR framework’s concept of learning to learn. Key strategies discussed include: focused attention, information grouping, spaced repetition, visualization, personalization, and emotional engagement. Individualized, scientifically grounded learning strategies are essential for autonomous, reflective language acquisition in modern educational contexts.
