About the Journal

Kwartalnik Neofilologiczny is a peer-reviewed academic journal published since 1954. It is the oldest journal representing Polish modern philology in the international scholarly community, with particular emphasis on Polish English studies, German studies, Romance studies, and Italian studies.
The journal publishes exclusively original research articles written in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Ukrainian, and Polish, presenting the most recent scholarly achievements of their authors. Since 1975, the journal has been continuously edited by its Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr hab. Dr h.c. mult. Franciszek Grucza.
